Can I return a buying-agent order? Depends which stage you're at.

qqfinds doesn't sell anything and doesn't process returns — all transactions and post-sale handling happen on the agent platform you ordered through. Agent returns differ from normal e-commerce: the stage you're at matters enormously to how much money you can salvage.

Two stages, two outcomes

  • Before international shipping (QC stage) — The item is at the agent's warehouse but hasn't left China yet. This is the easiest moment to return. If the QC photos look wrong, you can request a return to the Chinese seller, usually paying only a small domestic shipping fee — sometimes nothing at all.
  • After international shipping — Once the parcel leaves China, returns become expensive and slow. Sending it back equals paying international shipping again. In practice, most issues at this stage end with partial compensation rather than a full refund.

QC photos are your best protection

QC (Quality Check) photos are taken by warehouse staff after your item arrives — usually 4-12 photos per item. This is the last checkpoint before international shipping. Wrong color, wrong size, defects, mistaken shipments — anything that's wrong shows up here.

Recommendation: review every QC photo carefully. If something looks off, ask the agent to reshoot or weigh the item. When in doubt, return to the Chinese seller rather than shipping it abroad — the cost is just one domestic leg, not a transcontinental dispute.

How refunds usually flow

When the seller approves a return and confirms receipt, refunds usually go back to your agent-platform balance, not your original payment method. The balance can be used for the next order, or withdrawn to your original payment channel — withdrawal rules vary by platform, and some charge a small fee.

Processing usually takes 3-7 business days. Larger or cross-border settlements may take longer.
