Shipping

How a buying-agent parcel actually reaches your door.

qqfinds only helps you find the item — the international shipping is run by the buying-agent platform. Each agent's pacing is slightly different, but the overall flow is the same. Here's what you should know.

What the flow looks like

Once you place an order through an agent, a typical shipment goes through:

  • Order + domestic purchase — The agent buys from the Chinese seller on your behalf; the seller usually ships within 1-3 days
  • Seller → agent warehouse — The item arrives at the agent's warehouse in China, typically in 2-5 days
  • QC + consolidation — Warehouse staff photograph and inspect the item; you can combine multiple orders into one parcel to save on international shipping
  • International shipping — After you approve the QC photos, pick a shipping line, and pay the international fee, the agent packs and dispatches

Common shipping options

Most agents offer several international lines you can mix and match:

  • Postal (EMS / ePacket / postal parcel) — Most cost-effective, best for non-urgent light items, typically 10-20 business days
  • Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — Fast, 5-10 business days, pricier — good for urgent or high-value items
  • Sea freight — Cheapest per kg, best for bulky or heavy goods, 30-60 days
  • Regional dedicated lines — Optimized routes the agent runs to specific regions (EU, US, Japan, SEA), trading off price vs speed

Tips that save you headache

  • Consolidate parcels — Combine multiple orders into one shipment to cut international costs, especially for small items
  • Check restricted goods — Batteries, liquids, branded replicas, and some categories may be limited by destination country
  • Insure high-value items — For pricey pieces, a small insurance fee is well worth it
  • Declare honestly — Accurate parcel contents and value declarations help customs clear smoothly

Who to ask when something goes wrong

For specific shipping costs, tracking, customs, lost-parcel claims — contact the agent you ordered through. They handle the parcel end-to-end. For questions about qqfinds itself (finding items, prices, QC sources) — use our help center or contact page.
